Most bad meetings in shared buildings start ten minutes late because the screen will not connect. Book five minutes before you need the room and test the cable first.
Book for the number of people, not for the impression. A six person meeting in the boardroom feels empty and loud.
Photograph the whiteboard, then wipe it. The next team will thank you, and so will we.
