Your membership
A membership gives you the right to use the spaces in your plan. It is a licence to use the building, not a lease, and it is personal to you or your company.
Payment
Monthly plans are billed in advance on the first of each month. Yearly plans are billed up front. Late invoices pause key card access after 14 days.
Ending your membership
Monthly plans end with 30 days written notice. Yearly plans run for their term. Private offices have a 6 month minimum, then continue month to month.
Using the building
Treat the building and other members with care. Keep calls in the booths and the lounge, sign in your guests and keep your key card to yourself.
We may end a membership, with a refund of unused fees, if a member puts others at risk or repeatedly ignores the house rules.
Liability
Keep valuables with you or in a locker. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to one month of your membership fees, except where the law says otherwise.

Tours take twenty minutes and end with a free day pass. Weekdays 9am to 5pm, or Saturday mornings if that suits you better.
