What we collect
Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, company and billing details when you book a tour or join.
Building records: key card entries, guest sign-ins and meeting room bookings, kept to run and secure the building.
Website data: pages visited and the device and browser you use, collected without advertising trackers.
How we use it
To confirm tours, run your membership, send invoices, sign in your guests and keep the building safe.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
Companies that help us run Belmont, such as our payment processor, our access control provider and our email service, under contracts that limit use to our instructions.
Authorities, only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Tour requests are deleted after 12 months if you do not join. Membership and billing records are kept for 7 years to meet tax law. Key card logs are kept for 90 days.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing hello@belmontworkrooms.com. We reply within ten business days.

Tours take twenty minutes and end with a free day pass. Weekdays 9am to 5pm, or Saturday mornings if that suits you better.
Desks, private offices and meeting rooms on five floors of a 1906 hosiery mill in the Third Ward.
Front desk weekdays 8am to 6pm. Members 24/7.
